Clean and comfortable room with friendly service.
Unfortunately, the area can be quite noisy with nearby streets. Also, I found the lack of nearby dining options to be quite inconvenient. While the staff was helpful, the limited choices made it difficult to enjoy meals.

this was supposed to be a relaxing stay, but how can I relax when I’m awakened by planes landing at 4 am? i expected better than just margarine at breakfast. honestly, when I checked in, I thought surely I'd recieve a room upgrade or something to make up for it, but alas, that woudl ve been too much, i guess.

While the outdoor dining area is nice, there's a lack of nearby restaurants, which is inconvenient. Planes landing close to the hotel can disturbance sleep, especially around 4 AM. A fridge in the room would have been a welcome addition.

Safe and peaceful with a lovely garden area. Staff were incredibly helpful! They arranged an early morning airport shuttle and even prepared breakfast for me in their outdoor dining area (it was delicious! ).

Plus, the breakfast was delicious and definitely worth it, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

This place was just a fitting option for an overnight stop in Alajuela with high value for money. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating during our stay, making everything smooth. Make sure to have specific directions with you when arriving, as it can be tricky to find.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was super clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra cost. The only downside was a bit of a bleach smell, but it didn't affect me much.

Great for a Quick Stopover!
I had a pleasant experience here. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in, even serving breakfast beforehand. The Economy Double Room was clean, though I had to get used to not flushing toilet paper. A heads-up about that would be helpful!
